On Saturday, my friend Amira and I are setting off on a voyage of expedition through the wilderness! Okay, so maybe that's just a slight exaggeration. We're actually going to walk through Wollaton Park, which is hardly uncharted territory or anything like a wilderness, but it will be a chance to experiment with nature photography as the park is teeming with wildlife. I haven't really ever experimented with landscape and nature photography, and so Saturday will be a good chance to try something new! Hello hello! I must apologise for my recent lack of "activity" on Deviant Art - I've started university and while I am thoroughly loving the experience, it has certainly proved to be time-consuming... to say the least! My boyfriend has encouraged me to keep on "devianting," however, and so here I am! I hope you'll enjoy the new photos that I've uploaded - I certainly enjoyed taking them! Having grown up with an avid photographer as a father, I have always recognized that true beauty can be captured by a camera. With this realization in mind, in recent years, I have striven to capture the beauty that is daily around me so that others can enjoy it as well. For this reason, you will find that my photos are not dramatically edited, as I want the natural beauty that I see to be what appears in my photos. In general, I use a Canon PowerShot G9 to capture images. I hope you will enjoy viewing my photographs! As a side note... If you view a picture that you feel is worth purchasing, but wish that it could be changed slightly (i.e.
